Window frames ready to be sent out to customers in factory

Astraseal fabricates, supplies and installs a full range of high performance PVCu and aluminium products for projects within the new-build residential and commercial markets. We offer casement, sliding sash, tilt and turn and reversible window styles, as well as entrance doors, bi-folding doors, French doors and patio doors. We also fabricate composite doors and specialist aluminium products including curtain walling.

All of our products are manufactured in-house, giving us complete control over every stage of production to maintain high levels of quality. We also have an in-house spray colour facility, and can colour PVCu frames in over 150 RAL colours.

REHAU Total 70 PVCu windows and doors

Total 70 is a 70mm, energy efficient profile designed to meet the performance requirements of new-build residential and commercial projects. This system is available in Sculptured or Chamfered styles to suit the style of building its being installed in.

Can achieve U-values of 0.8Wm2K
Complies with Part L Building Regulations when combined with correct glazing unit
High levels of sound insulation and weatherproofing

Smarts aluminium windows and doors

Smarts is a market leading aluminium system which features a polyamide thermal break to increase the thermal efficiency of the frame, allowing it to achieve a higher energy rating and meet building regulation requirements.

Composite doors

Astraseal composite doors are made up of a GRP skinned slab and a REHAU PVCu outer frame. Our composite doors provide an attractive alternative entrance solution for new-build residential developments where security and thermal performance is important.

High density foam core offers excellent sound and heat insulation
Achieves low U-values of 1.1W/m2K
RP skins replicate the appearance of timber and are scratch and warp resistant
Wide range of styles, colours and glazing options available
Doors use Fab & Fix hardware and highly secure Winkhaus locking mechanisms

Fire doors

For applications where a fire door is required, we manufacture fire doors in-house using REHAU PVCu or Winkhaus timber profile combined with Ecoframe from Winkhaus. These are ideal for fire escape routes, communal entrance halls and connecting house to garage doors for residential properties.

Curtain walling

We offer two aluminium curtain walling systems, MC Wall and SC Frame, for a range of commercial applications. Both systems feature a polyamide thermal break to provide optimal thermal performance and offer excellent weatherproofing. MC Wall is a dramatic yet practical façade which is ideal for high-rise commercial offices. It has the option of sloped and facet shaped glazing, whilst letting maximum light into a building, and concealed transoms offer seamless glass to glass joints. SC Frame is suitable for low to medium rise facades such as large shopfronts and showrooms. This system delivers maximum glass area and light flow.

Sealed units

Our double and triple glazed units use energy efficient glass and warm edge technology to achieve an ‘A’ window energy rating when combined with our thermally insulating PVCu and aluminium frames. Units are manufactured using Pilkington Glass, Technoform Glass Insulation’s high performance TGI-Spacer, and are filled with Argon gas. We can also offer leaded and stained glass options, all of which are manufactured in-house.

In-house colour

REHAU PVCu Geneo and Total 70 frames can be spray coloured in-house for a durable, waterproof finish. We can offer PVCu frames in over 150 RAL colours in all over colour, dual colour options and contrasting cills and beading. We also offer windows and doors in the REHAU range of coloured foils, which includes woodgrain effect foils, such as mahogany, golden oak and rosewood, in single or dual colour options.
